Answer

  • The Anti-ransomware Protection (ARP) functionality remains operational even in a dark site environment. 
  • It's important to note that if the EMS/AutoSupport alerts are not configured, the ARP call home event notification will not be received.
  • There are alternative methods to manually check for information.
    • By logging into System Manager, users can navigate to the "Events" section to review any relevant details. 
    • By running the following command in CLI ::> security anti-ransomware volume show -vserver svm1 -volume Vol1
