Veeam backups fail when MAV is enabled

Issue

  • When Veeam initiates a backup, a snapshot copy is created. the backup is then taken from the snapshot.
  • When Veeam attempts to delete the snapshot used for backup, the process fails as it is expecting MAV approval for snapshot deletion.
