Unable to upload a core file via system node autosupport invoke-core-upload command

Issue

Previously, the system is configured to use SMTP protocol to send Autosupport to NetApp and customer site.
The customer wants to send a core file to NetApp via ONTAP CLI but the core file upload(i.e large file upload) is only supported by HTTP/HTTPS protocol.
This is first time the customer setup HTTP/HTTPS protocol for ONTAP Autosupport feature.
Core file upload via ONTAP CLI system node autosupport invoke-core-upload fails.
Notifyd log is indicating Could not resolve host: support.netapp.com.
