Unable to grow FlexGroup member volume size

Issue

Receiving one of the below errors when trying to increase the size of a FlexGroup member volume:
 

::> vol size -vserver vserver1 -volume FG_Volume__0022 -new-size +100g
vol size: Error setting size of volume \"vserver1:FG_Volume__0022\". Operation not supported on FlexGroup constituents.

Or

::> volume modify -vserver svm1_cluster1 -volume FG_Test1__0001 -size 105TB
Error: command failed: Unable to set volume attribute "size" for volume "FG_Test1__0001" on Vserver "svm1_cluster1". Reason: Request to grow volume 'FG_Test1__0001 failed because the resulting volume size is greater than the maximum size. Select a size of at most 16.0TB.
