Unable to delete Snapshots, it shows "busy, vclone state"

Issue

Cannot delete Snapshots in the busy, vclone state.

Error: failed to delete backup. Reason: snapshot 'smvi__Win2003-host-mapper-P!DailyBackup_20160215110000

Snapshots cannot be deleted because they are busy.

Snap list shows snapshots in a busy, vclone state.
