Unable to access home directory due to node being unresponsive

Issue
- Trying to mount the home directory of volume "volA" hosted on one node "nodeA" gets hung with nis.server.not.available:error

- Further analysis we could see the clinet communication to be shutting down due to transient error from SPINNP

- Migrating the LIF to node "nodeA" restore the access to "volA" , However other volumes hosted on remaining nodes becomes inaccessible
