  • The error event does not trigger AutoSupport like below:

[hostname: servprocd: sp.servprocd.upd.error:error]: SP update error: SP firmware update failure has been detected.

  • Some errors event can trigger AutoSupport like below:

[hostname: env_mgr: callhome.chassis.ps.degraded:error]: Call home for CHASSIS POWER SUPPLY DEGRADED: PS 1
