Issue

  • The Autosupport is missing the title. 
  • It only includes the node name, volume name, and node name.

 Example:

HA Group Notification from XXXXXXXX005 (SAP_XX_XXX_XX (UUID: XXXXXXXX-1111-2222-3333-XXXXXXXXXXXX) DMXXXXXXX (UUID: XXXXXXXX-4444-5555-6666-XXXXXXXXXXXX)) ALERT

  • The EMS log shows the occurrence of callhome.arw.activity.seen, indicating that this is an autosupport triggered by Ransomware-related activity.
