Some disks are not encrypted at hardware level

Issue

Only a subset of disks  are encrypted at the hardware level using Authentication keys. The remaining disks are not hardware-encrypted. Even storage encryption disk modify -disk <disk> -data-key-id <key_id> runs successfully but still does not show the disk being encrypted.
