Solaris 10 update 8 not able to discover more than one LUN

Issue

A Linux server running Solaris 10 Update 5 is only able to discover one FCP LUN despite there being many presented by ONTAP 9 cluster.
No errors are logged in ONTAP.
The FCP zoning configuration is verified.
Reboot or HBA rescan on the client does not help.
The Linux server can discover LUNs on a different 7MODE storage system normally.
Creating new test LUNs results in the same behavior.
Troubleshooting on the client, there are no log entries where multiple LUNs are attempted to be discovered.
Some Host Bus Adapter (HBA) errors are seen on the Linux server:
