Solaris 10 update 8 not able to discover more than one LUN

Issue
- A Linux server running Solaris 10 Update 5 is only able to discover one FCP LUN despite there being many presented by ONTAP 9 cluster.
- No errors are logged in ONTAP.
- The FCP zoning configuration is verified.
- Reboot or HBA rescan on the client does not help.
- The Linux server can discover LUNs on a different 7MODE storage system normally.
- Creating new test LUNs results in the same behavior.
- Troubleshooting on the client, there are no log entries where multiple LUNs are attempted to be discovered.
- Some Host Bus Adapter (HBA) errors are seen on the Linux server:
