SNMP logs not reaching at destination

Issue

Unable to send SNMP traps from NetApp Cluster to the destination server.
Ping is alive and the traceroute is reaching the final destination hop but still, the logs are not sent to the destination.
Port 161 and 162 are enabled.

mgwd log shows below errors:
00000006.0088edc4 056366ec Sun Aug 04 2024 00:15:05 +02:00 [kern_mgwd:info:3265] 0x829f9d900: 0: ERR: EMS::SNMP: At least one of snmp.enable and snmp init is not initialized
