Replicated database is malformed in process

Issue

  • The following error occurs during an ONTAP upgrade pre-check:

Error: Replicated database is malformed on node "node-01" in process "bcomd". Action: Contact technical support for assistance.

It is not strict to bcomd process, but might be any other process (for instance, mgwd, vifmgr, ect) 

  • From mgwd we see the following:

[kern_mgwd:info:27010] 0x820c09a00: 0: INFO: rdb_sql_status: get_imp:src/glue/sql_status.cc:154 *** IC (1): row 1 missing from index job_record_data_by_endtime_index
