Option flexscale enable differs between nodes

Issue

  • Option flexscale.enable set to pcs is using system resources. Once the performance evaluation is done, it needs to be disabled.
  • Option flexscal.enable differs between nodes
  • Turning the option flexscale.enable to off and on again, it goes to "pcs" automatically

EXAMPLE:

Node: node01
flexscale.enable             on         (same value in local+partner recommended)
flexscale.flash_pool_caching off        (same value in local+partner recommended)

Node: node02
flexscale.enable             pcs        (same value in local+partner recommended)
flexscale.flash_pool_caching off        (same value in local+partner recommended)
flexscale.pcs_size           4096GB    (same value in local+partner recommended)
