  • The second node is unavailable in the newly created cluster:

::> cluster show
Node                  Health  Eligibility
--------------------- ------- ------------
node-01               true    true

  • There are no ports using Cluster IPspace and Broadcast Domain on the node-01:

::> network port show
                                                  Speed(Mbps) Health
Port      IPspace      Broadcast Domain Link MTU  Admin/Oper  Status
--------- ------------ ---------------- ---- ---- ----------- --------
e0a       Default      Default          up   9000  auto/1000  healthy
e0b       Default      Default          up   9000  auto/1000  healthy
e0c       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0d       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0e       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0f       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0g       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy

  • No cluster LIFs present on the node-01:

::> network interface show
            Logical       Status     Network            Current       Current Is
Vserver     Interface     Admin/Oper Address/Mask       Node          Port    Home
----------- ------------- ---------- ------------------ ------------- ------- ----
cluster1
            node-01_mgmt1   up/up    192.168.0.111/24   node-01       e0c     true
            cluster_mgmt    up/up    192.168.0.101/24   node-01       e0c     true

  • Node-02  has ports in Cluster IPspace, and Broadcast Domain:

::> network port show
                                                  Speed(Mbps) Health
Port      IPspace      Broadcast Domain Link MTU  Admin/Oper  Status
--------- ------------ ---------------- ---- ---- ----------- --------
e0a       Cluster      Cluster          up   9000  auto/1000  healthy
e0b       Cluster      Cluster          up   9000  auto/1000  healthy

e0c       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0d       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0e       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0f       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy
e0g       Default      Default          up   1500  auto/1000  healthy

  •  Cluster LIFs on node-2 have names with UUID instead of node name:

::> network interface show
            Logical    Status     Network            Current       Current Is
Vserver     Interface  Admin/Oper Address/Mask       Node          Port    Home
