Object store not reachable after enabling OCSP

Issue

The object store becomes unavailable upon reboot. OCSP has been enabled before the upgrade but the cluster has not been rebooted since.
 
OCSP certificate status check failed  errors are seen in MESSAGES.LOG.GZ:
