ONTAP update paused with SVM-DR

Issue
A node with SVM-DR destination replica ecounters a paused error during update due to operationally down/admin up LIF.
Example:
upgrademgr.update.pausedErr:error: The automated update of the cluster has been paused due to the following reason: Node abc: Error: {SAN or NVMe LIFs are currently down, potentially causing an outage when the cluster is upgraded.
