Issue

Receive EMS log error:

 [?]  Sun Dec 07 00:02:54 +0800 [Node-02: NBRpcSvrSched: Nblade.longRunningRpcOp:error]: Detected a long-running RPC operation (procedure number 21) for RPC server nitro_cfg. The server has not responded in 468547 seconds, which is over the threshold of 3600 seconds.

The count of curr_head_proc_time_secs is increasing in the statistic show command.
