MAV approval fails for approved users

Issue

  • User cannot approve requests, even if it is listed in the approvers group:

::> multi-admin-verify approval-group show
  (security multi-admin-verify approval-group show)

  • Error when trying to approve a request from CLI:

::> security multi-admin-verify request approve -index 10
Error: command failed: The user "DEMO\test1" is not authorized to approve this
