Lun goes offline with space-error

Issue

  • LUN with "state: space error" reported on both CLI and system manager.
  • VMware reports the LUNs in "dead status
  • LUN  goes into a state of space-error and becomes inaccessible.

  • Offline and online of the volume or LUN impacted via CLI or via system manager does not help.
  • Verified that there were no active wafl scan running with the "wafl scans status" command.
