LUN resize is failing when we resize a LUN of 1TB to 1TB

Issue

When a Lun resize from 1TB to 1TB is attempted, it fails with error :
"Reducing LUN size without coordination with the host system may cause permanent data loss or corruption. Use the force flag to allow LUN size reduction."
 
Normal output should be :
"New LUN size is the same as the old LUN size"
