How to search the event (EMS) log in ONTAP

  • In ONTAP, the event log, also refers to ems.log, ems-log-file.gz, can be viewed by:
    •  Run the event log show command.
    •  Access Active IQ Digital Advisor or NetApp BlueXP(which is integrated AIQDA) to check the old AutoSupport.
    •  Access SPI: https://[cluster-mgmt]/spi/[node-name]/etc/log/autosupport from node perspective in web browser to check the old AutoSupport.
