Issue

  • Frequent ARP alerts are being generated, even though no ransomware activity has been detected:
    • Thu Sep 03 17:58:51 +0530 [Node-02: svc_queue_thread: callhome.arw.activity.seen:alert]: Call home message for POSSIBLE RANSOMWARE ACTIVITY DETECTED, Volume: vol1 (UUID: xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x0x0x0x0x00) in Vserver: svm1 (UUID: xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-00xx000xx00)
  • ARP snapshots are being created repeatedly despite the alerts being identified as false positive.
