Multiple FCP ports set to initiator seeing following behavior 
[Netapp-01:fci.adapter.error:notice]: Fibre Channel adapter driver encountered error "Error in handling Unsolicited frames, Resetting" on adapter 1a.
[Netapp-01:fci.adapter.error:notice]: Fibre Channel adapter driver encountered error "Exceeded retry limit" on adapter 1a.
