Disk replace for drives used in storage pool fail

Issue

When using "disk replace" command set to replace drives in storage pool, if the new drives are LARGER than the existing drives the command will fail with error.
 
ERROR         raid.disk.replace.job.failed: Failed to replace disk 1.1.13 with disk 1.1.36. Reason: Reserve: Unable to reserve disks on target node xxx.
