Cluster network degraded after head swap

Issue

After the head swap the system started complaining about cluster network degraded pointing to the old cluster LIF with old name:

[vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss:alert]: Continued packet loss when pinging from cluster lif node-01_clus1 (node) to cluster lif old_clus2 (node node-02).
