Cannot access the SPI using a domain user account

Issue

  • HTTP 500 error seen when trying to access the SPI with a domain user account.
  • The following error can be seen in EMS:

Fri Sep 08 16:00:55 +0000 [cluster-01: mgwd: security.invalid.login:debug]: Failed to authenticate login attempt to Vserver: svm1, username: user1, application: http.

  • The following error can be seen in the apache-access log:

192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2 4294967295 group\\user1 [Fri Sep 08 16:00:32.338010 2023 +0000] "GET /spi/ HTTP/1.1" 500 - 1196585 - 0 - - -
