No.  Not only backup grogram and also others program could not be installed on ONTAP.
 
ONTAP is the operating system used by NetApp storage systems.
You do not install programs directly onto ONTAP like you would on a general-purpose operating system such as Windows or Linux.
ONTAP is designed to manage storage resources and provide data services rather than run general applications.
