Issue

  • Veeam or CommVault backup fails after upgrade to ONTAP 9.13.1
  • Snapshot deletion times out stating snapshot cannot be deleted
  • Snapshot is deleted after around few hours.

Error in Snapmirror-audit log:

Cannot fetch parent volume Snapshot copy details for FlexClone vserver_dr:vol__Archive_906756_1697688018_clone_23264. Reason: Parent volume is empty for clone volume.
