Issue

  • AutoSupport message status shows "transmission-failed"
  • In notifyd.log output, you see:

message: connect to 216.240.21.18 port 443 failed: Connection refused

  •  If AutoSupport OnDemand enabled, EMS report:

Mon May 15 23:58:33 +0900 [node1: notifyd: asup.aods.response.timeOut:error]: AutoSupport OnDemand Server (AODS) response was not received before the 30 second time limit.
Tue May 16 00:32:57 +0900 [node2: notifyd: asup.aods.response.timeOut:error]: AutoSupport OnDemand Server (AODS) response was not received before the 30 second time limit.
