Issue

When starting an ANDU, the command immediately fails due to a locked account:

cluster1::*> cluster image update -version 9.11.1P15
Starting validation for this update...
Error: Account currently locked. Contact the storage administrator to unlock it.

Error: command failed: An error occurred during validation.
