CONTAP-97042: "admin" password expired after new node joins the cluster.

Issue

1. "-require-initial-passwd-update" parameter is enabled for "admin" role after cluster creation
2. A new node joins the cluster successfully
3. Trying to login to the new node as "admin" fails with the following error message:
[Your password has expired. Choose a new password.]
