Issue

httpd experiences multiple clean restarts a day:
[cluster1-01: spmd: spm.httpd.process.exit:alert]: The web server (httpd) with ID 29662 exited as a result of normal exit (7). This server will attempt to restart.
[cluster1-01: spmd: spm.httpd.process.exit:alert]: The web server ( httpd) with ID 17521 exited as a result of normal exit (7). This server will attempt to restart.
