Issue

An ONTAP user account that is configured with both password and public-key SSH authentication can become unlocked without an explicit unlock operation.
When an administrator manually locks such an account (for example, with {}security login lock{}), a successful SSH login using that account's public key clears the lock state. After this occurs, password-based logins are accepted again even though no security login unlock command was issued. The unlock is not recorded in the command audit log and no EMS event is generated, so the change in account lock state is silent.
