CONTAP-724925: Scheduled Snapshot Failures on the Destination May Not Be Reported on the Source

Issue

For SnapMirror Synchronous and SM-asynchronous relationships using scheduled snapshot replication, a failure to create a scheduled snapshot on the destination may not generate the expected error event on the source. The source may log a notice instead, so administrators monitoring source-side error events may not be alerted to the missed schedule.
Depending on the failure, the retention policy may also delete an older snapshot even though the new snapshot was not successfully created on the destination.
