Issue

If a Replicated DataBase (RDB) replica becomes malformed due to issues with the filesystem, disk, and/or software process, ONTAP will proceed to do the following:

  • When detected, the rdb.env.replicaCorrupt EMS event is generated.
  • Following detection auto-recovery will begin.
  • If recovery succeeds, rdb.recovery.succeeded EMS event is generated.
  • Otherwise, rdb.recovery.failed EMS event is generated.
