Issue

  • In ONTAP 9.17.1, all data SVMs can remain offline after change in quorum master due to an upgrade, a takeover, a giveback, or a reboot.
  • The command, 'vserver show' reports the operational state as blank or stopped.
  • Volumes on those SVMs are inaccessible.
