CONTAP-633072: The mgwd restarted due to file descriptor exhaustion when client connections fail consistently

Issue

  • Seen when a cloud_insights connection exists for a DII tenant that is no longer running
  • The mgwd process restarts:
    • nodewatchdog.svc.rpc.noresp: The mgwd service internal to Data ONTAP that is required for continuing data service was unavailable. The service failed, but was restarted.
    • ERROR         ucore.panicString: 'mgwd: Received SIGABRT (Signal 6) at RIP 0x81d46a35c (pid 86730, uid 0, timestamp 1769600471).'
    • ERROR         mhost.ca.connect.failure: Cluster agent connection of the client: Cloud_Insights is not healthy. Attempting to reconnect. Error: AMQP transport failed for connection "Cloud_Insights". Reason: Error during websocket handshake: HS: ws upgrade response not 101 -  http resp: 404 Possble firewall/proxy misconfiguration, Remote service unhealthy or SSL certificates invalid..
