CONTAP-573356: Missing CPKEK ID Post motherboard replacement without onboard sync and update passphrase run

Issue

After a motherboard replacement is done without onboard sync, if you run "security key-manager onboard update-passphrase", the Onboard Key Manager database will be updated, but will be missing the [CPKEK ID].
If the node is rebooted, additional recovery efforts are needed: (option 10 from special boot menu and/or onboard sync after CFO-giveback is completed).
