CONTAP-569314: Connectivity to KMIP/eKMIP server can be lost in an SVM-DR environment

Issue

This issue can affect an external key manager (which communicates with external key servers) and cloud key managers (which communicate with an eKMIP server).
A system can lose the connection to an eKMIP/KMIP server in the following scenario:

  • SVM-DR relationship created with 'identity-preserve'.
    • Using command "snapmirror -identity-preserve true".
  • External key manager (or cloud key manager) enabled at either source or destination of SVM-DR relationship.
