CONTAP-553627: Single Node GCP CVO did not boot up automatically after a live backend host migration

Issue

Single node CVO failed to restart automatically after a rehost event in GCP due to a host error ("Host reset detected: reset:BAD HARDWARE"). Although set to auto-restart, the VM did not successfully boot following an automatic restart attempt .
