CONTAP-539928: DHCP discovery traffic are sending out from e0M port on 9.7 or later version

Issue

  • Large amount of DHCP discovery traffic is seen on DHCP server.
  • Mac address of the source of the packet is ONTAP's e0M.
  • Setting setenv bootarg.init.dhcp.disable true had no effect
