  • NAE aggregates created and managed by the admin SVM key manager
  • Examples of cloud key managers include Google Cloud Key Management Service, Azure Key Vault, etc
  • For the following situation:
    • Using NetApp Aggregate Encryption (NAE)
    • A data SVM created on an NAE aggregate
    • Configuring a cloud key manager on a data SVM will fail
