CONTAP-443129: In some circumstances, MAV email notifications are not sent to global approval groups

Issue

  • If there are no approval groups associated for a particular rule, approval requests for the rule will be sent to the global approval group.
  • If an approval group is later associated with the rule, approval requests for the rule will be sent to the approval group.
  • If the approval group is later disassociated from the rule, approval requests will not be sent to the global approval group.
