Issue

When utilizing SnapMirror Cloud (SM-c) or BlueXP Cloud Backup and Recovery with archival enabled in the protection policy, some user data objects may be left in Standard storage rather than being archived properly. This results in higher usage of Standard storage which can result in higher object store provider costs.
Note: By design, metadata objects are kept in Standard storage to enable efficient restore operations. It is normal and expected for a percentage of backup data to remain in Standard storage at all times.
