CONTAP-304847: MetroCluster job schedule warning after ONTAP update or node expansion

Issue

After performing an ONTAP upgrade to 9.14.1 - 9.16.1 or expanding the number of nodes in a Metrocluster while running one of these versions, metrocluster check cluster show displays a warning for a missing Aggr Auto Provision Schedule job schedule on one cluster:
::*> metrocluster check cluster show -check job-schedules
Result of the Check: warning
Additional Information/Recovery Steps: Schedule(s) missing on remote cluster: Aggr Auto Provision Schedule
Schedule(s) with different descriptions:
Run "job schedule show" on both clusters to view the schedules.
