CONTAP-289424: Node panics with "page fault (supervisor read instruction, page not present)" when typing backtick at maintenance mode prompt

Issue

A node booted into maintenance mode might panic when a backtick (`) character is entered at the maintenance prompt (*>).
The system reports the following panic message:
`PANIC: page fault (supervisor read instruction, page not present) on VA 0 cs:rip 0x20:0 rflags 0x10246 in SK process rc`
