FPM stands for FastCGI Process Manager FPM (FastCGI Process Manager) 
is an alternative PHP FastCGI implementation with some additional features 
(mostly) useful for heavy-loaded sites. 
mntsvc provides remote mroot access when accessing SPI. 
While accessing the file name we panicked with assertion failure.
