CONTAP-249803: LMGR locks lost after giveback due to CSM RDMA negotiation

Issue

The following errors will be seen after a giveback
 
[Node-a: server_common_RPC: csm.homePortInfoUnexpected:notice]: CSM reports unexpected information for cluster LIF ID "1023" (home port: "e7a", remote device ID: "Node-b").
[Node-a: server_common_RPC: csm.lifPairingUpdated:debug]: Updated cluster LIF pairing between Blades node-a:dblade and node-b:nblade updated from (local: 1024; remote: 169.254.247.193,  local: 1023; remote: 169.254.133.168,  ) to (local: 1024; remote: 169.254.133.168,  ).
[Node-a: server_common_RPC: csm.lifPairingUpdated:debug]: Updated cluster LIF pairing between Blades node-a:dblade and node-b:dblade updated from (local: 1024; remote: 169.254.247.193,  local: 1023; remote: 169.254.133.168,  ) to (local: 1024; remote: 169.254.133.168,  local: 1023; remote: 169.254.247.193,  ).
[Node-a: kernel: csm.sessionFailed:debug]: Cluster interconnect session (req=node-a:dblade, rsp=node-b:nblade, uniquifier=123456789) failed with transport type CT, session tag DEFAULT, record state ACTIVE, CSM error CSM_CONNABORTED, low-level error UNKNOWN, socket error 0, and TLS error 0.
[Node-a: wafl_exempt12: lmgr.session.failed:info]: Dropped session-scoped locks from session aabbaabb-aaaa-bbbb-aaaa-abcabcab:6308688e32622:aabbaabb-aaaa-bbbb-aaaa-abcabcab due to failed session.
 
Open files residing on the remote node will be closed.
 
Hyper-v virtual machines hosted via cifs and depending on those locks will become "paused"
