Issue

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP may fail to transmit Explicit Congestion Notification Congestion Window Reduced (ECN CWR) packets on the wire if the ONTAP driver is unable to negotiate the "TCP Segmentation Offload (TSO) with ECN" capability with the host.
  • This issue can result in a significant decrease in outbound throughput.
