Issue

A link sometimes changes to a "down" state on an XL710-based Ethernet port of a storage system when it boots (planned or unplanned).
 
 
EMS log:
[kernel: netif.linkDown: INFO] Ethernet e2d: Link down, check cable.
[kernel: netif.sfpNotSupported: ERROR] The SFP+ or QSFP+ module (Intel Corp AFBR-710DMZ-IN1 ) installed in e2d is not supported with this network interface.
